NoFoam™ X

In addition to controlling surface foaming, NoFoam X additive also acts to prevent foam from developing and allow entrapped air to break out of the drilling fluid.

NoFoam X defoamer is effective in all types of waterbased drilling fluids to control both surface foaming and entrapped air.

To control surface foam, the product should be splashed on the surface of the fluid system. Alternatively, the product can be slowly trickled above the mud trough through a small hole in the bottom of the pail.

NoFoam X is very slippery. Use caution around spills. Store away strong oxidizing agents and strong acids. Keep container tightly closed to protect from atmospheric moisture. Use appropriate hygiene, clothing and personal protective equipment suitable for work being done. Review the SDS thoroughly before using this product.
