This spring, Newpark Drilling Fluids presented a paper on improving fluid characteristics utilizing clear calcium chloride brine drilling fluid at the Offshore Mediterranean Conference (OMC) in Ravenna, Italy. The conference, which took place March 29th through the 31st, brought in more than 600 exhibitors from 30 countries and provided Newpark the opportunity to network with industry experts, discuss new technologies and meet potential customers.
On April 11th and 12th, the Company exhibited at the AADE National Technical Conference in Houston, Texas. The following papers were presented at the conference:

Newpark's final exhibition for the spring will be May 1st through 4th at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas. OTC is the largest oil and gas event in the world and features more than 2,300 exhibitors from 100 countries.
